Wheels of a series 31 are made of high-quality white polyamide and
are intended for movement of freight weighing from 600 to 1500 kg. Used
in the food industry: freezers, sausage frames, aggressive environments,
also for the "economical" (due to the solidity of the wheel)
transportation of heavy loads in the engineering and construction
industries. The temperature of use is -30 + 80С. The ball bearing on the
wheel axis provides ease of movement. Of the obvious minuses, noise is
when transporting unloaded equipment. The wheel is resistant to shock
and abrasion.Wheels with diameters of 160-250 mm can also be equipped
with brackets of the "HARD" type - for intensive regular movements (the
swivel arm assembly is equipped with an oiler to supply grease to the
bearings of the swivel assembly).
Wheels of this series are equipped with brackets of the "Standart" type - for not intensive regular loads, brackets of the "Medium" type for intensive regular loads.
Wheels with diameters of 160-250 mm can also be equipped
with brackets of the "HARD" type - for intensive regular movements (the
swivel arm assembly is equipped with an oiler to supply grease to the
swivel assembly bearings).
Wheels of series 31 can be equipped with brackets of the "PROFI" type for intensive regular high loads. (See "PROFI" series)
