Return of merchandise

Returns of goods that have not been used may be legally returned within 14 calendar days.

Refund is possible if the presentation, consumer qualities are preserved, and all relevant documents confirming the purchase are saved.

Return of goods is not possible if the goods have individual characteristics that are developed exclusively for the Client.

When returning goods of good quality, the Seller returns to the Buyer the entire amount, with the exception of the cost of delivery of the goods.

Funds will be returned to the Buyer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's request for a refund.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

A product that has a manufacturing defect / defect is considered a product of inadequate quality.

The buyer in the event of the acquisition of goods of inadequate quality has the right to demand the conditions for the fulfillment of one of the following three points:

• replacements for goods of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same goods of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
• providing discounts in the agreed amount;
• demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods of inadequate quality.
