Wheels of the 67 series are made of heat-resistant silicone coated on a phenolic disc by vulcanization and special mechanical gearing. Resistant to water, most organic solvents, oils and acids and many other aggressive media. Non-toxic when exposed to high temperatures and open fire, certified for use in the food industry and other areas at operating temperatures up to 260 degrees. They provide reliable operation in refrigerators at a temperature of -40 degrees, in addition, they remain operational in case of thermal shock (a sharp increase or decrease in temperature). The wheels remain operational when the temperature rises to 300 degrees. within 60 sec. Leave no trace. The performance, service life and capacity of 67 Series wheels are directly related to the length of the heating and cooling cycles they undergo during operation. Maximum performance is guaranteed under the following operating conditions: 30 minutes of heating, alternating with 30 minutes of cooling at rest at room temperature. Can be used for relatively uneven field, tiles.
The 70 series wheels are made of phenolic resin pressure and are asbestos free. The working temperature range of the wheels of this series is -50 + 280C, for a short time + 300C. Floor type - level self-leveling, tiles are possible.
The 71 series wheel is made of aluminum, the 72 series wheel is made of gray cast iron. The contact surface is turned. The wheel hub is equipped with a grease nipple on wheels made in Ukraine. The wheel has increased durability, but it can spoil the floor.
They are used in: bakery and confectionery industry, as well as in industrial ovens, and paint and varnish industry.
