Wheels series 50 “Economy” on yellow polyurethane / aluminum rim, designed to move medium and large loads weighing. TV 92 Shore A, Temperature range -20 + 70C. WHEEL DISK aluminum, TUBE polyurethane of yellow (orange or red) color. The method of connecting the tire to the disc is hot gluing, completely eliminates the peeling of the tire from the wheel rim. They are used for the transportation of goods, mainly indoors, on flat types of surface. Leave no trace. Low noise, low rolling resistance. They are mainly used in mechanical engineering, glass industry. They have increased resistance to abrasion and high cut resistance. Gentle to the floor surface. The wheel axle has two pressed-in ball bearings.
Wheels of this series are equipped with brackets of the “Standard” type: for not intensive regular loads, as well as brackets of the “Medium” type for intensive regular loads. The bracket is galvanized, which ensures a long service life. Wheels with diameters of 160-250 mm can also be equipped with brackets of the “HARD” type: for intensive regular movements (the swivel arm assembly is equipped with an oiler to supply grease to the swivel assembly bearings).
Wheels of the 50 series can be completed with brackets of the “PRO” type for intensive, regular high loads (see the “PRO” series).
