Series 20 "Individual"

The wheels of the 20-th series are equipped with a special "Profi" bracket: the brake in this case is installed in front of the pusher, thus ensuring an easy and fast way to block the direction of the wheel with your hand or any other lever connected to the top of the "finger" - stopper. The brake of this design automatically fixes only the direction of movement of a wheel (i.e. movement in a straight line), in the extended state it remains while the opening in a fork of an arm does not coincide with the direction of "finger". The "Profi" type of a bracket is strengthened, has two support and thrust bearings placed in separate clips that provides to a wheel reliable protection against cross loads (at hit of the loaded equipment in roughness of a surface). The bracket is galvanized, providing long service life at frequent stable medium loads.

The parts are made of pressed sheet steel, the rotary unit with a double-row ball bearing is equipped with a seal (anther), the wheel axle is on a bolt, the surface of the parts is galvanized and subjected to passivation. The thickness of the bracket depends on the diameter of the wheel.
